Order and Shipping Information



Our goal is to fill your order as quickly as possible. 

Stock:  Handmade items will dispatch within 3 days of ordering. Out of stock items will be dependent upon supplier restock time.

Produce on Demand/Custom items: As these items are produced upon receiving the order, please expect to receive your order 2 - 4 weeks after order has been placed.

A full address is required to receive packages, please ensure the provided address is correct. PO Boxes will not be accepted.

 We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Prices at checkout are shown in CAD funds.


Due to Covid-19 delivery times may take longer than expected.  These delays are due to volume and safety precautions by the Carriers.

Delivery times - we do not guarantee delivery times on Canadian/US shipments, as this can be affected by many factors out of our control.

Free shipping on orders over $50.00 CAD (before tax, after discounts) - Canadian orders only.

Canada: Bracelets will be shipped standard shipping for free (unless shipping with another item), or via Expedited Parcel at the going shipping rate should you choose this option at checkout.  As this is lettermail there is no tracking number or insurance.  Once the package has left our store, we are unable to track it.

Continental USA:  Bracelets will be shipped standard shipping at a cost of $5 unless shipping with another item - if shipping with another item the rate will be calculated at checkout.  Please note:  standard shipping is not tracked and does not include insurance.  Once the package has left our store, we are unable to track it.

Canadian orders under $50 will be shipped at a $10.00 cross Canada flat rate.

Continental US rates will be calculated at checkout.

Orders will be shipped via Canada Post/USPS.

Shipping to Continental US and Alaska only.

At this time we are unable to offer free shipping to the US.

Customs/Duties/Taxes:  All US orders may be subject to taxes and duties and are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded or reimbursed by Maple + Oak Boutique for any reason.  These fees are charged by your government and are entirely separate from any shipping fees.

** Please note: Packages CAN be delayed by customs, which unfortunately is out of our control.  This is a rare occasion, but it can happen.**
